Instrument Introduction:
The laser disk coal analyzer quickly scans the characteristic points of the entire coal yard through a laser system and uses digital interpolation fitting technology to establish a digital ground model, finally calculating the volume of the entire coal pile in the coal yard. The instrument is suitable for volume calculation of various materials, silos, coal mines, and mountains, and can also be used for calculating road excavation, backfill soil volume, and mine stripping volume during construction.
Instrument usage characteristics:
1. Suitable for measuring coal piles of any shape in open-pit coal yards, dry coal sheds, and circular coal sheds. During the measurement process, the flat graphics of the collection points are displayed to ensure the reliability of the data.
2. Only one person needs to hold the instrument for measurement, and the data will be automatically recorded without the need for auxiliary equipment and tools such as loading and unloading bridges, bucket wheel machines, benchmarks, prisms, and support rods.
3. It is a portable instrument, lightweight and convenient, with a total weight of only 1.5Kg.
4. The human-machine dialogue method is easy to operate, and the entire task only requires one person to complete in about 1-2 hours.
5. Laser radiation energy is small, with radiation energy lower than that of a TV remote control, harmless to the eyes, and safe to use.
6. Using Bluetooth communication for wireless transmission, establish a digital terrain model (DTM) for the coal yard to calculate the volume of the coal pile and draw a multi view three-dimensional graph of the coal yard.
7. The program has a feature line (contour line) recognition function, so there are fewer observations and higher calculation accuracy, with a measurement accuracy of ≤ 0.5%.
